- If a person under the age of 16 creates a TikTok account to use the TikTok Now app, their account will be set to private by default.
- Users under the age of 18 will not be able to share their content on the Discover page
- Users between the ages of 13 and 15 will have the option to limit comments to Friends only to protect this user population from unwanted interactions.
TikTok is constantly developing seamless tools to help the community establish authentic connections while having fun on TikTok. In the near future, TikTok Now will soon be launched to users around the world.
